This is easy as 1-2-3 with only 4 ingredients. (ok, 5 but so simple it doesn’t count)
1-2lb chuckeye roast
1 packet hidden valley ranch mix -dry
1 packet beef au jus mix packet
1 stick butter
Pepperconi peppers (I add just a little bit of the juice from the jar)
Put roast in crock pot. Sprinkle w aujus & ranch mix packets. Place stick of butter on top. Put some peppers on top.
Cook on high ~ 5-6 hrs or until fork tender. Or low 8 hrs or so until tender.
That’s it! Yummy.
**Sometimes I add carrots and potatoes to cook with. In this picture I just steamed some on the stove…just as good. But when they cook in the juice they are yummier
