This smoothie is super easy. .. Esp using the kitchenaid hand blender. It’s not to expensive and super usable.
For strawberry raspberry:
2 strawberry Activia yogurts
Handful of frozen raspberries
Scoop of ensure protein powder
1/3 cup rice milk
For peach raspberry:
Use peach yogurt instead of strawberry
Blend until smooth. Yum! Makes two servings. For one just use 1 yogurt.

Make sure you rinse and recycle your yogurt containers.
