Pick an ear of corn
DO NOT SHUCK IT, yes…don’t shuck
Place in microwave for 4 min
Take out and place on cutting board..
Caution – it will be hot! !
Cut off stalk end
I don’t wait for it to cool so..
Use a paper towel and grab and squeeze the silk end. While squeezing wiggle the corn pressing down and keep wiggling back.
Wha-la!! Hot cooked corn.
Butter and season as you wish.
