Cheesy Cauliflower casserole

My daughter and I love this. Great substitute from mashed potatoes. 
Goes well with spinach and mushroom enchiladas.

2 large heads of cauliflower
1 1/2 cups Parmesean cheese
1 cup monterrey – jack cheese
6 tbsp. Butter, cubed
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp steak seasoning
Topping:
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350

Cut cauliflower into florets and place in stockpot. .. Cover w water and bring to boil.  Approx 10-15 min until tender.

Drain and transfer to large bowl with cubed butter and mash together.  Add   garlic salt, steak seasoning, & cheeses.

Pour into greased 13×9 baking dish

In small bowl mix bread crumbs and melted butter then sprinkle over cauliflower mix.

Bake uncovered 40-50 min until hot and crumbs are golden brown.

** I use any seasoning that sounds good. …famous Daves steak n burger seasoning,  adobo, season salt,  Montreal steak seasoning. .. whatever you like. 

Also,  you could use cheddar cheese or another cheddar blend.
